A 25 MW utility-scale ground-mount solar farm built on Sunvera C-Purlin and lipped-channel structures. Engineered for Rajasthan's high wind zone, the galvanised frames span 4.5 m rows across 65 hectares of semi-arid terrain. All sections were roll-formed in-house and delivered in six weeks, keeping the EPC on schedule for its PPA commissioning date.
A 4 MW rooftop installation on a large textile manufacturing facility. Sunvera's low-ballast rooftop MMS was designed to the facility's existing structural load envelope, using hat-section purlins and custom rail brackets. The system supports bifacial modules at 10° tilt with no roof penetrations, delivering clean power directly to the factory floor.
A 40 MW ground-mount project featuring Sunvera's heavy-duty drive-pile foundations paired with our lipped C-channel rafter system. The project spans undulating terrain requiring variable pile depths and custom rafter heights across 12 blocks. Precision roll-forming ensured every section held tight tolerance, enabling fast on-site assembly without re-work.
A challenging 12 MW hillside installation where slopes up to 18° demanded custom single-axis tracker-compatible structures. Sunvera engineered a bespoke lipped-channel torque-tube support system, coordinating directly with the tracker OEM. All structural steel was ZAM-coated for the high-humidity Western Ghats environment, guaranteeing 25+ years of corrosion resistance.
